Yes. Villa Mérion is exclusively yours. Your hosts live next door at Jacaranda House.
Up to four guests in two queen bedrooms. An alternative sofa-bed arrangement requires prior agreement and does not increase the four-guest limit.
Two nights. Longer minimums may apply over Christmas, Easter and special periods; these are shown for your dates.
There are steps and gravel paths, and the bathroom was not designed for wheelchair or walker access. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your needs and help you assess suitability.
Pets are not permitted. Assistance animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Villa Mérion is a private retreat for registered guests. Parties and events are not permitted. If you would like a visitor or service provider to join you, please arrange written approval with us beforehand.
Direct bookings require our approval and full payment on confirmation. Your stay is secured once we accept your request and receive payment. The total, including cleaning and mandatory charges, is shown before you submit a request or pay.
Yes. Direct bookings include a $120 cleaning fee in the total quoted for your dates. The booking screen shows accommodation and cleaning separately before you enter contact or payment details.
For direct bookings, cancellations at least 30 days before arrival receive a full refund. From seven to fewer than 30 days before arrival, the refund is 50%. Less than seven days before arrival, no refund applies under the cancellation policy. The cleaning fee follows the same percentages. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions. For Airbnb bookings, please refer to the policy shown with your reservation.
Direct bookings have a $500 temporary card hold one day before arrival. We aim to release unused funds within two days of checkout following inspection; your bank may take longer. There is no separate Villa bond for Airbnb bookings.
Check-in is 3–5 pm; checkout is before 10 am. Different arrival times, early access and bag drop require our written agreement in advance and depend on availability.
Yes. On-site uncovered driveway parking is available for two cars. The garage is private and is not included in your stay.
Yes. Villa Mérion has an EV charger available by prior arrangement. Please request charging at the time of booking so we can confirm arrangements for your stay.

Yes. Reverse-cycle air conditioning serves both bedrooms and the main living and dining area. Electric blankets and a living-room wood burner add warmth. Outdoor fire-pit use depends on weather and fire restrictions.
A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking, oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus cookware and tableware for dining at home. A Nespresso machine and starter supply of tea bags and coffee pods are provided. See the full amenity list for details.
Towels, handwash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plus a hair dryer and heated towel rail.
